Jacqueline makes up one half of Law Squared's Litigation team and is completing her Bachelor of Laws at Victoria University. Jacqueline has a wealth of experience in handling matters concerning debt collection, insolvency and general commercial litigation.

Whilst Jacqueline’s main interests lay within corporate and insolvency work, she also gives back to her community by volunteering at the Footscray Legal Clinic. Through her volunteer work, Jacqueline has been able to assist clients from a variety of backgrounds with a variety of different issues. She has an acute awareness that no two matters or clients are the same and this ensures that she tailors her work to each respective client’s expectations.

Jacqueline’s background in insolvency work has provided her with the required know-how to identify companies that are trading whilst insolvent, to handle breach of director duties claims and to defend preference claims. Jacqueline has also been involved in a number of voluntary liquidations and personal bankruptcy cases. This experience allows Jacqueline to help provide the best possible transition for her clients during what can be a distressing time.

During her downtime, Jacqueline can generally be found seeking out new and exciting restaurants with her sister, enjoying a good book or catching up on her favourite reality flicks.
