Our Energy + Infrastructure practice reimagines an innovative, multi-disciplinary approach to streamline land access for energy, telecommunications and infrastructure projects.

Law Squared integrates legal expertise, project management methodologies, and leading-edge technologies with our upfront, fixed fee model. This provides cost certainty and visibility at every stage of the landholder engagement process, informing strategic decision-making and delivering cost-effective outcomes.

Landholder engagement reimagined

It's time for a new approach to energy and infrastructure projects. Technological advancements have made this shift possible, offering unprecedented visibility, control and continuous improvement opportunities.

Law Squared has leveraged these tools for a technology-driven approach across legal planning, delivery, and operations, to enhance landholder engagement, reduce litigation, and minimise compulsory land acquisition.

This will be crucial for achieving Australia’s renewable energy and net-zero goals, streamlining how land acquisition projects are managed and accelerating progress towards a sustainable future.

Transmission build is the single greatest roadblock for reaching Australia’s renewable energy and net-zero goals, requiring the largest scale of private land acquisition in thirty years.
